Sarah has decades of experience designing and implementing large-scale transformation efforts, combining business needs with a focus on the human side of organizations. She leads teams large and small in delivering innovative and realistic solutions for client challenges, and is dedicated to building teams and workplaces that value diversity and developing people’s talents. Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking at home, and is a big William and Mary fan.

Founding Partner and President

Tatiana is an experienced executive known for driving business and client success, supporting efforts from strategy development through implementation. She has happily tackled some of her clients’ most complex challenges, from the development of a new tax system to product deployments and facility consolidations, to international business strategy, and more. Outside of work, Tatiana takes pleasure in travel, languages, and watching her daughter compete in gymnastics.

Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness

Andrea is an Organizational Effectiveness Leader with a passion for all things people. Her expertise in organizational change management, communications, training, leadership development, and program management allows her to build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels. In her free time, Andrea enjoys volunteering in her local community, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Principal

Stephen brings nearly 20 years of global experience solving complex challenges. He honed his skills in strategy development and execution, project and program management, and process improvement across people, technology, and heavy infrastructure projects throughout the UK, Australia, and US. In his free time, Stephen is working towards his private pilot’s license, loves pizza and British chocolates, and enjoys spending time with his wife and rescue dog, Poppy.

Principal

Lara has almost 30 years of experience developing and delivering learning and communication solutions. An engineer by degree, Lara’s education and experience help her serve as a bridge between engineers and strategic communicators. As a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) and Change Management (PROSCI) practitioner, Lara has a systematic and organized style for creating “on-point” client solutions that inspire successful outcomes. Outside of work, Lara enjoys travel, Caminos (aqua and terra), and trees.

Shane brings over 25 years of experience leading transformational change. Working with Fortune 500 executives, non-profit organizations, hospital CEOs, and numerous executives in the federal government, he has helped leaders intentionally cultivate organizational cultures where people belong, contribute, and make a difference. He is a gifted facilitator, speaker, executive advisor, and strategic thinker who sees his mission as setting the stage so others can shine. Shane is a long-distance runner, Women’s Lacrosse Official, and proud father of three daughters.

Trish is a digital marketing pioneer and visionary with 30+ years of experience building and leading performance-driven teams and organizations. Trish has driven continual revenue and business growth at industry giants, non-profits, and start-ups alike. She specializes in communications, leveraging analytics, A/B testing, digital marketing, and website optimization—all in support of her teams’ and her clients’ success. Trish is also an amateur photographer and art enthusiast who enjoys visiting museums around the world.
