This approach fostered stronger leadership alignment, improved communication between management and unions, and enhanced workforce engagement across 35,000+ personnel.
Airports (ARP) — Implemented organizational improvements based on an in-depth staffing optimization study. Through a multi-pronged approach, including program management, cultural alignment, workforce planning, training development, and process optimization, Avyance helped ARP align staff and offices, strengthen collaboration, and enhance operational efficiency.
Commercial Space Transportation — In the Office of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (AUS), Avyance facilitated strategic planning offsites, conducted organizational assessments, and delivered executive coaching to strengthen leadership cohesion and guide the integration of new entrants—such as drones—into the National Airspace System.

NGA
National Gallery of Art
Avyance led the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Financial Management System at the National Gallery of Art. Facing the challenge of three failed implementation attempts, negative experiences with previous launches, and a resistant workforce, Avyance partnered with NGA leadership to manage organizational change for over 800 users.
Through a structured, phased approach, Avyance's IT transformation and change management experts streamlined business processes, delivered targeted training, and sustained user engagement post-launch. The result was a seamless transition that enhanced transparency, improved analytics, strengthened financial controls, and set a new benchmark for efficiency and accountability at the National Gallery.

NAS Integration Support Contract
Avyance supported the FAA Engineering Services through multiple initiatives, tackling challenges from standardizing processes to developing structured strategic planning. Through meeting facilitation, developing and refining task statements, coordinating research across FAA tools and processes, guiding problem-root-cause analyses, and building collaborative assets such as the ENet Website and Project Library, Avyance provided the structure and momentum needed to move initiatives forward.
This hands-on facilitation, change management support, and strategic guidance enabled clients to progress their initiatives efficiently, align on solutions, and present cohesive recommendations to leadership—ultimately improving organizational effectiveness and advancing engineering design process improvements across service areas.

Baltimore Washington International Airport
Avyance is partnering with the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) and BWI Airport to enhance organizational efficiency, accountability, and alignment with long-term strategic goals.
