When it comes to navigating organizational challenges for our clients, we aim to provide distinctive, sustainable results. Here are a few ways we have delivered this kind of impact:


Challenge: A government agency needed assistance rebuilding its relationship with its workforce. They needed a new way for employees to engage with the organization and each other.

Solution: We created a digital space for employees across the agency to interact. The new internal social media platform enabled the workforce to foster new communities, share ideas, and post and answer questions.

Impact: The new forum became the agency’s most active online community, growing from single-digit membership to more than 1,600 members within one year. The forum assumed the role of traditional correspondence, such as telecoms and email, which increased employee engagement and streamlined communications processes.


Challenge: An infrastructure-focused association needed to rebrand its sustainability program to reflect advances in its initiatives and spark engagement with members and the industry.

Solution: We conducted interviews with key leaders and program supporters to redesign the program’s look, feel, and messaging. We then created new marketing collateral for exhibits, conferences, and outreach events.

Impact: Avyance received a Gold MarCom Award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (ACMP) for marketing and creativity.


Challenge: A government agency needed to refresh the branding for an internal leadership organization and redesign a course catalog for the organization.

Solution: Avyance updated its program logo, developed new branding, created new templates featuring the new branding and logo, and collaborated with the agency to redesign the course catalog with a library of courses, custom charts aligning course objectives to agency leadership responsibilities, and a suite of communications to accompany the catalog rollout.

Impact: Avyance received a Platinum Award from Hermes Creative Awards for print media and publications.


Challenge: Help the  FAA’s STEM Aviation and Space Education (AVSED) program highlight the value of its longstanding program, gain congressional support, and increase funding.

Solution: We partnered with the FAA STEM AVSED team to write a Congressional report that outlined the program’s plan to address the anticipated shortage of aviation professionals over the next 20 years.

Impact: Congress published the  report, and Avyance’s further support has helped increase the program’s outreach to students nationwide.


Challenge: A government agency needed to reinvigorate its learning and professional development institute by introducing digital, on-demand ways for employees to learn and relate to information in new ways.

Solution: Avyance designed and developed a course catalog mobile app that allows users to easily search for, sign up for, and take training on-demand from their mobile device. We also developed educational courses (called “microlearning” courses) that we deployed on the agency’s internal social media platform to increase engagement.

Impact: The launch of the mobile app increased employee course enrollments and completions. The microlearning courses boosted participation in the online forum and made the workforce excited about learning.
